Park Royal is located in the dynamic West London sub-region, and is situated close to Heathrow Airport (6 miles) and Central London (4 miles). Park Royal is 1.5 miles from the leafy suburbs of Ealing Broadway and 1.5 miles from Wembley National Stadium. It is London's premier commercial location for manufacturing, especially food and drink; warehousing, distribution & logistics and creative industries, and also has a strong presence of office-based activities including call centres. Park Royal enjoys easy local access to the markets of central and west London and has a broad and diverse local labour market with highly skilled through to unskilled workers.

Park Royal enjoys excellent transport links and is located adjacent to two of London's major road arteries - the A406 North Circular Road and A40 Western Avenue. Park Royal is barely 2 miles from the start of the M1 motorway, 7 miles from junction 16 of the M25 motorway and 3 miles from the M4 motorway. Heathrow Airport is 6 miles away.


The area is served by at least 4 rail and 6 tube stations offering links with central London, all the major town centres and commercial areas of west London and links to the rest of the country. There is also an excellent network of local bus services.

  • Origin Park - Brixton plc acquired the prestigious former Guinness Brewery site in Park Royal in August 2006. The site extends to 24 acres and is the most exciting development opportunity in West London. Office Developments Include:

Firstcentral is a new mid-urban office park being developed in nine buildings around a central landscaped area to include extensive on-site amenities and a fully integrated transport system. When completed there will be a total floorspace of 1.25 million sq ft. The first office unit (FC 100) is the UK HQ for Diageo.
